At MUK LUKS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cozy purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
