Most of our footwear is available in whole sizes. If you are a half-size, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit, especially for our cozy boots and slippers.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please visit our returns portal to initiate a domestic return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

How should I clean and care for my knit products?

To keep your MUK LUKS looking their best, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or high heat drying unless the specific care label indicates otherwise.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
